Prepare for your menopause appointment
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. A few notes about what’s changed and what matters most to you can help us use your appointment time well.
GP-owned and family-run. Looking after West Pennant Hills since 1997.

Before your appointment
- Choose your main concerns. Write down two or three things you most want help with, and how they affect your sleep, work, relationships or daily life.
- Note what has changed. If you can, include when symptoms started and any changes to your periods. A short diary can help, but it is optional.
- Bring your medicine list. Include prescription medicines, contraception, supplements, allergies and any treatments you’ve already tried.
- Bring relevant records. Have any recent results or letters available. You don’t need to arrange new blood tests yourself before the appointment.
- Write down your questions. You can bring the printable pack, your own notes or the report from our assessment.
