Is Rosedale Medical Practice accepting new patients?

Yes. Rosedale Medical Practice is currently welcoming new patients across West Pennant Hills and the wider Hills District, with same-week appointments usually available. You can book your first visit online or call reception on 02 9680 9644.

How do I register as a new patient?

Booking online takes under two minutes. Choose your GP, select a new patient appointment, and pick a time. You will then receive a secure digital intake form to complete before you arrive. There is no paperwork to print and nothing to post.

Can I transfer my medical records from my previous GP?

Yes. Provide the name and contact details of your previous practice and our team will arrange the transfer of your medical history for you. It is a good idea to do this at, or shortly after, your first appointment so your new GP has the full picture.

Do you bulk bill, and what does an appointment cost?

Rosedale is a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available for children aged 4 and under, pension card holders and DVA Gold Card holders with most of our GPs. Every gap fee is published openly on our fees page, so there are no surprises.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your Medicare card, any concession or DVA card, a list of your current medications, and any recent referrals or test results. If you are transferring care, let reception know your previous clinic so we can request your records.

Where are you located and which suburbs do you serve?

Rosedale Medical Practice is on the Ground Floor, 70 Castle Hill Road, West Pennant Hills NSW 2125, with on-site parking. We care for families across West Pennant Hills, Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Beecroft, Thornleigh, Normanhurst, Castle Hill, North Rocks, Carlingford and Baulkham Hills.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm. We are closed Sundays. Online booking is available 24 hours a day, and on-site pathology runs six days a week.
