Care that looks at the whole person.
Dr Natasha Paul is deeply committed to holistic healthcare, recognising the part that physical, emotional and social factors all play in how well we feel. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she works to understand the root cause of a patient's health concerns.
By tailoring a personalised plan to each individual, Dr Paul makes sure her patients are empowered to make informed decisions about their health and overall wellbeing. It is an approach that suits the complexity of midlife particularly well, when hormonal change, chronic conditions and life pressures often arrive at once.
Leading menopause care at Rosedale.
Dr Paul leads menopause care at Rosedale, seeing women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause with evidence-based guidance on hormonal and non-hormonal options, symptom management and long-term health planning. Her care is aligned with current Australasian Menopause Society guidance, and informed by the broader picture of each woman's health.
She sees patients in person at West Pennant Hills, and by secure telehealth in NSW, following an initial in-person appointment, so women can access considered menopause care whether or not a clinic visit is practical.
