Dr Jaspreet Saini is the Principal GP and owner of Rosedale Medical Practice, which he and Gurleen Saini took ownership of in 2019, building on a practice that has served the West Pennant Hills community for over 25 years. He leads the practice's vision of proactive, preventative, relationship-based care, the kind that knows a patient's history across years rather than treating each visit in isolation.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Saini is an authorised NSW ADHD continuation prescriber, a GP Supervisor training the next generation of general practitioners, and Chief Medical Officer of HotDoc. He is a long-standing advocate for GP training, having served as a Registrar Liaison Officer and on the Board of General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA).
Steady, structured ADHD care.
Since September 2025, NSW reforms allow specially trained GPs to continue prescribing ADHD medication for patients already diagnosed and stabilised by a psychiatrist or paediatrician. Dr Saini is an authorised continuation prescriber, which means patients across the Hills District, Hornsby and the Upper North Shore can have their ADHD treatment reviewed and continued locally.
This is not a script-and-go service. It is ongoing GP management, with blood pressure, heart rate, weight, sleep and mood reviewed at each visit, prescriptions handled in line with NSW Health and RACGP guidelines, and continuity of the same GP each time.
