Assessment is for adults without a formal diagnosis. If you already have one, your medication history decides the next step.
Stable on medication
Move your ongoing ADHD care to a Rosedale GP, in person or by video visit if eligible.
Continuation care →Diagnosed, never started medication
Send us your diagnosis report. Our GPs review it before offering an initiation appointment.
Initiation →Medication has stopped
If you have stopped your ADHD medication, start with an in-person restart review.
