At Rosedale Medical Practice in West Pennant Hills, our expert team of GPs, nurses, dietitian, receptionists and practice manager work together to keep you happy, healthy and confident.

Dr Jaspreet Saini
Principal GP and Director

Jas practices in all areas of general practice with special interests in sports medicine, paediatrics, pregnancy care, men’s health, chronic conditions such as diabetes, and minor surgery, including skin excisions and biopsies. Jas is passionate about providing personalised and holistic health care to his patients.

Jas loves teaching and is a supervisor for GP Synergy Registrars and students of Macquarie, Sydney and Western Sydney Universities. He holds various senior leadership positions, including as an AMA NSW Councillor.

Jas and Gurleen have three beautiful daughters.

Dr Kathy Anderson

Dr Kathy Anderson loves being a GP and feels very fortunate to work in such a great practice. She believes GPs are central to providing comprehensive and personal health care. She enjoys getting to know patients and their families to understand their changing health needs over the long term.

Dr Anderson is interested in all aspects of general practice, especially paediatrics. She is also known as the practice "greenie" and has a passion for sustainable practice that respects the needs of future generations. She is a member of Doctors for the Environment Australia and provides valuable input into Rosedale Medical Practice's sustainability practices.

Dr R. Michael Crampton

Dr R. Michael Crampton has been a GP for over fourty years. He is a caring, compassionate and highly experienced GP with interests that span the full spectrum of General Practice.

Michael believes the true gift of general practice is the opportunity to build relationships with and serve patients across all ages and stages of life. He has proudly served up to five generations of family members as their GP in his previous practice in Windsor, and looks forward to getting to know and caring for the Rosedale community.

In addition to his Fellowship in General Practice, Michael holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This offers him additional expertise in assisting with women’s health issues and family planning.

Michael served as the Clinical Lead for the Western Sydney Integrated Care Demonstrator Program until 2018, committed to creating a more connected and seamless experience of health care for patients, their families and carers. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Health Informatics, and has a long history of involvement in digital transformation. He is also a well-regarded supervisor of medical students and GP Registrars, having previously served as the Clinical Director and Director of Training for WentWest.

Michael’s extensive contributions to leadership, advocacy and medical education in support his profession saw him named as the RACGP GP of the Year in 2014.

Dr Anish Ahmed

Dr Anish Ahmed is a UK trained General Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience, including as a principal GP. He enjoys comprehensive General Practice care and believes the true reward in General Practice lies in the unique opportunity it affords patients for continuity of care over many years.

Dr Ahmed has achieved a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice, as well as the UK membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners. His diverse experience includes working with people presenting with cancer, diabetes, respiratory illness, smoking, alcohol and drugs related complaints, pregnancy and a wide range of mental health conditions. His special interests include Aviation Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Health & Child Health.

Away from work Dr Ahmed enjoys spending quality time with his family and is dad to 3 young children. He loves travelling the world and is a passionate “foodie”. He has a particular interest in languages and hopes to one day be able to study a foreign language.

Dr Elizabeth Pratt

Dr Elizabeth Pratt has thoroughly enjoyed being a GP for 35 years, juggling everything that GP life brings to her, be it a small concern or something that has a life impact on her patients.

Dr Pratt is willing and able to go on the journey with her patients. Connecting with and helping people gives her great joy.

Dr Anne Lowe

Dr Anne Lowe graduated from Sydney University in 1980. She always wanted to work in general practice and trained at Hornsby Hospital, The Children's Hospital (then at Camperdown) and did further training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St Margaret's Hospital in Darlinghurst.

Dr Lowe then commenced working in general practice and has continued doing this ever since. Her aim is not only to treat illness but also to promote wellness by providing personal comprehensive patient-focused care, looking after her patients through the various challenges of their lives.

Amanda Hecimovic
Practice Registered Nurse

Practice Nurse Amanda is passionate about providing holistic nursing care. Her areas of special interest include chronic conditions and wound care including infection prevention and control, managing ulcers, pressure injuries and skin tears. She has a calm and compassionate approach which is well-received by her patients, especially babies and young children during their childhood immunisations. Amanda also provides in-home over 75 health assessments to help our practice reach its goal to help keep older Australians independent, confident and safe in their own homes.

Mary-Anne Chamoun
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) / Accredited Nutritionist (AN)

Mary-Anne graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007. She has a particular interest in managing diabetes, heart disease, malnutrition and conditions of the gastrointestinal system. Mary-Anne is also trained in the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University. She also consults at Norwest Private Hospital in the area of weight loss surgery and understands the frustrations of weight gain experienced by individuals with insulin resistance and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Being a mother of three young children, she acknowledges the demands of family life and how this can impact on food choices. Her approach is to implement simple and practical advice to create healthier habits that will last a lifetime. Mary-Anne now consults at Milsons Point, Mount Kuring-Gai and West Pennant Hills clinics.

Gurleen Saini CPA
Practice Manager and Director

Gurleen Saini is our Practice Manager and Co-Owner of Rosedale Medical Practice. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant, registered tax agent and Justice of the Peace (JP). She is also a member of the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM).

Gurleen is passionate about elevating the human experience of health care for all those that receive and provide care. She is keen to further build upon Rosedale Medical Practice's reputation for clinically excellent and patient-centred care.

Gurleen's background in strategic management accounting will allow the practice to grow without compromising the high quality medical care that you have all appreciated.


Janelle is our longest serving team member at over 20 years. There isn’t much Janelle doesn’t know about Rosedale. Her memory for patients’ first names is amazing and she calls Rosedale Medical Practice her second home. Janelle is a keen gardener and you will often see her in the Rosedale Garden digging up the odd weed.


Denise has been with Rosedale Medical Practice since 2008 and commutes from the Central Coast because she enjoys working here so much! Denise is an avid golfer and also enjoys aqua aerobics, gardening, pilates and watching her grandkids play soccer.


Cristina joined the Rosedale Medical Practice reception team in 2016. Cristina likes to spend time with her family outside of work and her 3 grandchildren keep her busy. She also likes to watch and participate in the Theatre and travels extensively.


Karyn is the newest addition to the Rosedale Medical Practice team. Karyn is very bubbly and much loved by patients. You may hear Karyn talk about her love for the 80s band “INXS”. If an INXS song is playing, she also likes to sing along. Karyn also loves shopping and is known to often come home with a new handbag.

Administrative Assistant

Simran is the newest member of our admin team, and assists us with a range of quality improvement activities. Simran occupies quite a unique and innovative role which is not typical of most general practices. Currently studying her Bachelor of Psychology, she offers a unique clinical lens that has allowed for a number of improvements in the way in which we work. She also assists our Practice Manager Gurleen with a range of practice management tasks.
