Your Practice Team
Dedicated to Keeping You Healthy
We have a diverse practice team that consists of:
- Our wonderful patients, who are at the centre of the care team and are involved as active participants in their health care.
- Receptionists that know you by name and who will always greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. They serve a key role as Patient Advocates and ensure that we are able to continually improve our patients’ experience of their health care
- Nurses that care about addressing your needs and providing a high quality of service. They are great with kids’ vaccinations, wound care and performing comprehensive health assessments
- Family doctors that are highly experienced, compassionate and thorough in their approach
- A talented practice manager who ensures that we have the systems in place to deliver safe, effective, reliable and high quality health care to our patients and community.
We work together to create an environment that nurtures our care teams to flourish, grow and innovate. We are committed to ongoing professional development and actively seek feedback from our patients so that we can continue to improve.
Rosedale Medical Practice was founded more than 20 years ago by Dr Anne Lowe and Dr Elizabeth Pratt. We are proud to recognise their extraordinary contribution in building a practice that we can be proud of, and that serves the community by providing truly person-centred, relational, holistic and compassionate health care.
Did you know? The house in which our practice is located was once owned by the Curtis family. It is also famouly known by many of our patients as Molly’s house from the Australian TV Show, ‘A Country Practice’.
