Accessing Care Safely During COVID-19

The Same Great Care via Phone, Video or In Person

We know that you have had to put off so many things due to COVID-19. But looking after your health shouldn’t be one of them.

To make it even safer for you to reach out to your health care team during COVID-19, we have made some important changes to the way we provide care.

Our COVID-Safe Approach

We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place to ensure a consistent, whole-of-practice response. To access a copy of our COVID-19 Safety Plan, please call 02 9680 9644 and ask to speak to our practice manager, Gurleen.

Key Safety Measures

We are committed to ensuring your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst continuing to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and provide you and your family with high-quality health care.

Continuity of Care

General Practice is an essential health service and we encourage anyone with concerns about their health to book an appointment via Telehealth phone or video, or in person if necessary.

Our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our patients, team and community remains our top priority and we continue to observe strict infection control protocols and social distancing measures.

Safe Face-to-Face Care

  • Call us prior to your appointment to check if your doctor is running on time
  • Only attend your appointment with a maximum of one carer / support person
  • Only attend your appointment if you are well and do not have a fever, cough, cold, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath
  • Call our reception team to let them know of your arrival
  • Do not attend earlier than your appointment time

Infection Control

Alcohol-based hand rub is available on arrival and all visitors are asked to clean their hands thoroughly on arrival. Please ensure you cover any coughs or sneezes with a tissue (and dispose of the tissue appropriately).

Our practice undertakes regular cleaning of all surfaces, with ample supplies of hand sanitiser for staff and visitors.

We appreciate your assistance in ensuring we are able to safely meet the needs of our patients. As always, we will keep you informed of any further developments. For the latest updates, please follow our Facebook page by clicking here.
