A practice built
for GPs who want
to practise properly.
GP-owned. GP-led. Unrushed consults are the default, not the negotiation. Onsite pathology, ultrasound, visiting specialists, and allied health. The kind of practice you'd build if you were building it from scratch.
Specialist GP, 4-5 sessions per week. Mixed billing, full clinical autonomy, choose your own special interest pathway.
Dr Jaspreet Saini · Principal GP, Rosedale · Chief Medical Officer, HotDoc
The kind of practice worth building.
Rosedale is co-owned by Dr Jaspreet Saini and his wife Gurleen Saini, and remains a fully family-owned, family-focused medical practice. Together they have invested their own family capital into Rosedale because they believe local healthcare should be built for the long term, with independence, high standards, and genuine care at its centre.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr Saini serves as Chief Medical Officer at HotDoc, which gives him a front-row view of where Australian primary care is heading, how leading practices grow, and what doctors need to thrive in the years ahead. That perspective shapes everything at Rosedale: better patient experiences, strong demand and reputation, modern systems that reduce friction, and a team culture built on standards and respect.
Not rushed medicine. Not corporate medicine. Not outdated medicine. Thoughtful, relationship-based care supported by smart operations, strong teams, and modern technology.
The practice we wanted to work in.
Rosedale started with a simple thesis: GPs work better when they have the support to practise medicine the way they think it should be practised. Long consults when they're clinically warranted. Onsite imaging, pathology, and visiting specialists so coordination happens in the same building rather than across the postcode. Reception trained to triage carefully, not just to keep the diary full.
This is a serious clinical environment. Our team is small but selective. Every GP at Rosedale has a recognised area of focus, and most have published research, teaching credentials, or specialist training behind them. The work is unhurried but not slow, structured but not corporate, ambitious but not punishing.
What working here actually looks like.
Not the brochure version. The operating reality.
01
Clinical autonomy by default
You set your own consult lengths, your own billing patterns within your model, and your own scope of practice. Nobody is going to tell you to run shorter consults. If anything, the practice norm is the other way.
02
Operational competence
Reception is trained, not just rostered. Pathology and ultrasound are in the building. Allied health is in-house and connected. You spend your time on medicine, not on chasing referrals, faxes, or paperwork.
03
Colleagues who think
Every GP here has a clinical edge, menopause, ADHD, paediatric ADHD, infant sleep and breastfeeding, skin checks, chronic disease. Corridor conversations are real consultations. If you're stuck on something, there's a colleague who's seen it.
04
A clear billing model
Mixed billing or private, your choice. Concession-card bulk billing is normalised in Mixed Billing. Private fees are published, transparent, and defended. Patients arrive understanding what they'll pay.
05
Special interest support
We actively support GPs developing focused service lines, skin cancer medicine, menopause care, ADHD continuation care, child and family health. NSW Authorised Prescriber status where required, MBS billing structure for longer consults, dedicated landing pages, and operational support to build the service. This is how our menopause and ADHD lines were built.
06
A practice that invests in itself
Three PenCS National Awards for data quality. RACGP-accredited training site. Teaching practice for the University of Western Sydney. This is a clinic that takes its operational discipline as seriously as its medicine.
The GPs already here.
Eight GPs across specialist practice and registrar training, plus visiting specialists and allied health. Quality of colleagues is the single biggest day-to-day difference between practices. It's worth meeting them before you decide.

2024

RACGP
Accredited training practice. Active GP registrar supervision and teaching.
MQ Health
Macquarie University teaching practice for medical students.
Five GPs we'd love to hear from.
Career stage matters less than mindset. If any of these sound like you, we should talk.
Registrar
Ready for the right first move.
You're finishing training and want a first post-fellowship environment with strong colleagues, structured support, and room to build your own clinical identity. Not a stepping stone, a starting point.
Burnt out
Trapped in poor systems.
You're a good doctor stuck in an environment that's wearing you out. Short consults, weak reception, no team. You want to practise medicine with pride again. We've helped doctors recover from exactly this.
Corporate refugee
Wanting real autonomy.
You're in a corporate environment and tired of decisions made by people who don't see patients. At Rosedale, the clinician is the customer of the practice, not the other way around.
Niche builder
Building a long-term patient base.
You have a clinical interest you want to develop into a service line, skin cancer, menopause, ADHD, paediatric, women's health. We back GPs who build niches with the operational and marketing support to make them work.
Strong GP
Looking for a stronger platform.
You're already good at this. You want better colleagues, smarter systems, and a brand that compounds your reputation rather than diluting it. Rosedale's reputation gravity carries every doctor here.
If you care deeply about medicine, we should meet.
We're a small team. Fit matters more than credentials. If you're an average GP looking for average surroundings, we won't be the fit. If you care deeply about medicine, patients, standards, and building a great career, here's how we think about it.
You'll thrive here if
- You want to practise medicine properly with long enough consults to do the work
- You're building a special interest or want to start one and need operational backing
- You like working alongside specialists, allied health, and visiting clinicians in one building
- You're FRACGP or completing it, with at least mid-career experience in general practice
- You take operational discipline as seriously as clinical quality
You probably won't if
- You're looking for volume billing and short consults
- You want a large corporate environment with HR and clear vertical structures
- You don't enjoy clinical conversations with colleagues at the corridor and case-review level
- You're early-career without registrar training in progress (we love registrars, but not pre-FRACGP solo practice)
You don't need to make a public move.
Most smart career decisions begin with a discreet conversation. Book a 15-minute confidential call with Dr Saini, or send a private email. We'll come back within the week. If we don't have a current role that fits, we'll keep you on file and tell you when we do.
What helps for a first conversation
- A sentence about where you're currently working
- How many sessions per week you're looking for
- Any clinical interests you have or want to develop
- What's drawing you to Rosedale specifically
- A CV if you have one ready (not required for a first call)
Working with an agency? If you'd prefer to come via an agency you already know, that's fine, but a direct enquiry is equally welcome. Reception: (02) 9680 9644.
