For added convenience, we have on-site pathology with 4Cyte Pathology (Mon–Fri 8am–4pm, Sat 8am–1pm)

How can I book an appointment?

For appointments, book online through HotDoc or call our reception team during business hours on 02 9680 9644.  We are welcoming new patients.

Standard appointments are usually 10-12 minutes. Longer appointments are available for more complex needs such as care plans, mental health, skin checks, or multiple issues. Please let reception know if you need extra time.

What are your billing policies?

We are a private billing practice. Bulk billing is available for children under 5, Pension Card Holders, and DVA Gold Card Holders.

Private billing allows us to provide the time, space, and quality of care you deserve. It means we can continue to deliver thoughtful, relationship-based care and support the full range of services we provide under our Care Outside the Box® philosophy.

Do you offer care plans?

Yes, we offer Chronic Condition Management Plans tailored to individual patient needs to manage long-term health conditions effectively.

How do I get a prescription refill?

Prescription refills can be requested during a consultation with your doctor or through our online system for repeat prescriptions.

Who are the healthcare professionals at Rosedale?

Our team includes independent doctors, GP registrars, nurses, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian/Nutritionist, and a practice pharmacist.

Is the practice accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair and pram accessible, with convenient onsite parking to make your visit as easy as possible.

How can I provide feedback or make a complaint?

We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and concerns. If something hasn’t met your expectations, please let us know so we can make it right. You can reach our Practice Manager directly by phone or email for a confidential discussion.
