Rosedale Medical Practice is an AGPAL-Accredited General Practice located in West Pennant Hills, NSW. We have been serving the local community for more than 20 years and have over 100 years of health care experience among our team. We are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare that is tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. We take a compassionate, forward-thinking, and team-based approach to healthcare, and we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve our services.

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic healthcare professionals to join Rosedale in the following positions:

General Practitioners

Medical Receptionists

As a medical receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will be responsible for:

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling and confirming appointments, referrals, tests, and procedures
Managing patient records, billing, and payments
Answering phone calls and emails, and providing information and assistance
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

We are looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in a medical reception or administration role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software
A positive and friendly attitude

General Practitioners

As a general practitioner (GP), you will be the primary care provider for our patients. You will be responsible for:

Providing comprehensive and holistic care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Prescribing medications, ordering tests, and making referrals as needed
Educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention
Collaborating with other health professionals in a multidisciplinary team

We are looking for candidates who have:

Relevant qualifications and registrations as a GP
A commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
A willingness to learn and grow with us
A positive and friendly attitude
Experience in, or a desire to, providing high quality care in a mixed billing environment

Practice Nurse

As a practice nurse, you will be an integral part of our clinical team. You will be responsible for:

Assisting GPs with patient consultations, examinations, procedures, and immunisations
Providing nursing care such as wound dressing, injections, ear syringing, ECGs, spirometry, etc.
Conducting health assessments, screenings, chronic disease management plans, etc.
Maintaining infection control standards and sterilising equipment
Managing stock levels of consumables and medications

We are looking for candidates who have:

Relevant qualifications and registrations as a registered nurse or an enrolled nurse
Experience in general practice or a similar setting
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
A high level of compassion and empathy
A positive and friendly attitude
