We Embrace Best-Practice, Always
At Rosedale Medical Practice, West Pennant Hills, we value the relationships that we have built with our patients as foundational to our success and legacy as a practice. We are committed to continuing to improve the way we do things and would like to become your medical home.
We recognise that those whom we serve are increasingly engaged in their own care and seek reliability, affordability and convenience. We commit to being responsive to the changing expectations of our patients and engage each person in an individualised health care plan with a focus on prevention and wellness.
We commit to improve the health of our patients and community through partnership, collaboration and innovation. We strive to provide positive patient experiences and create joy in work for our practice team.
We believe that to remain patient-centred, we must continue to evolve as a practice. Strategically, we will prioritise investment in systems and technologies that enable us to keep pace with the changing expectations of our patients.

A Sustainable, Paperless Office
Rosedale Medical Practice is committed to transitioning towards a paperless office to reduce our impact on the environment and as part of our mission of sustainable health care for all current and future generations.
Our HealthLink Secure Messaging Technology enables us to communicate in real time with your broader health care team in a way that respects your privacy and confidentiality. This means that it now takes significantly less time for us to send and receive information that may be relevant to your care.
Training the Next Generation of Health Professionals
We believe in influencing health care from the ground up, and are committed to training the next generation of health professionals. Our practice hosts medical students from Western Sydney University, University of Sydney, and will soon be hosting the first cohort of students from Macquarie University. Our university partners see us as a high quality training practice for their students, and our practice benefits from students’ insights and new ways of thinking.
Shared Care Technology
People with chronic and complex health conditions deserve to feel confident in the management of their health care. Our shared care monitoring technology (CareMonitor) allows patients to work closely with their health care team (doctors and nurse) to detect and manage any issues as they arise. Significant outcomes include improved management of conditions such as diabetes, heart and lung disease. To find out more, speak to our Principal GP Dr Jas Saini.
Online Appointment Bookings and SMS Reminders
We believe in removing all possible barriers to our patients access to care. We have implemented the HotDoc Online Appointment Booking and SMS Reminders and SMART Recalls System. This is part of our commitment to creating a positive experience for our patients.
We have deliberately chosen HotDoc for its reputation as an ethical company with a mission to enable the best possible patient experience. To read more about how HotDoc will improve the 2020 Patient Experience, click here.
Being able to book online means that if my child is unwell at night, I can jump onto my HotDoc app and book an appointment straight away. It gives me the certainty and confidence that my child will be seen by her GP at a time that suits my family. If I need to go into hospital, I can cancel with the click of a button. It’s that easy.
